Our Classes
Props are provided for all in-studio classes. Here at Hum, no two instructors are the same, providing a diverse selection of class offerings. Be sure to try a variety of classes to find what classes work best for you!
Early Hour
Rise with the sun for Early Hour. Early Hour is a faster-paced asana practice to invigorate the body. Get ready for your day with dynamic sequencing, connection to your breath, and savasana (of course!). This class is for all levels and experience.

Basics
Basics classes are intentionally curated for those new to yoga or looking to get back into their practice. Basics classes are designed to provide detailed instruction with time for any questions that may come up.

Open Level
Open Level classes are suited for all experience levels. These classes will be packed with creative sequencing that may include pose offerings that challenge you physically and mentally all while providing ample modifications.

Slow Flow
Slow Flow gives you the opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and find stillness. Expect a variety of restorative poses and a long savasana. Props will be used as a tool to feel extremely supported in order to feel as comfortable as humanly possible.
